A person is innocent until proven guilty

Now these days in America people tend to get away with stuff all the time! There is a lot of crime in America! People are always getting in trouble! More than 2/4 of the United States men and women are in prisons around the US. Most of those people are innocent and most of them were guilty of their crimes the were put on trial for.

An innocent person is usually a person that comes forward and says he didn’t do something in an honest manor. It’s very obvious when someone is innocent and not lying about something. A lot of people can make you think that they are innocent but they aren’t! They are lying straight to your face. I believe that if someone is innocent they should have a second chance to sprout.

A guilty person is very evil inside. They usually have a very guilty conscience inside. Especially when they are getting questioned by police or other people. A guilty person has no chance to succeed in society! When I see a guilty person I see a person that has been through a lot of trouble in their life. It’s also someone that just doesn’t get along with most people.

I think it is a good thing someone is innocent until proven guilty. I agree with this because people could be telling you the truth all along and won’t have a presence of guiltiness inside their body. It also gives them the chance to prove their innocence by finding clues and stating facts about their innocence and prove that what ever happened on their part was false and a lie. A lot of people in this world today can agree on this situation for many reasons because they know whets wrong.
